Tv3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the tv3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms apply to all tv3 platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing tv3.im, registering an account, or using any services provided by tv3, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tv3 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use tv3's services. This platform is not intended for minors or for individuals prohibited by local law from accessing online betting services.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one personal account on tv3. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. tv3 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify the information provided, including a copy of your identification card or other relevant supporting documents.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you. - Never share your password with anyone.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
- Report any suspicious activity to our support team.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the tv3 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of tv3's systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or reputationally damaging information about the platform.
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with others.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including manipulation of games or transactions.
- Accessing the platform from regions prohibited under local law.
Tv3 reserves the right to investigate any conduct suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating the relevant user's access without prior notice.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information
All transactions on the tv3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Maybank online banking, and other local methods listed on the platform's payment page.
Deposits are final once processed. Users are responsible for ensuring the amount entered is correct before confirming any transaction. tv3 is not liable for any deposit errors resulting from user negligence.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered by the user during identity verification. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to three business days under normal circumstances. tv3 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.
Bonuses and promotional credits applied to an account are subject to the rollover requirements and validity periods stated in the respective bonus terms. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly until all rollover conditions have been fully met.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

The tv3 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the service running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or unexpected downtime. tv3 will not be liable for any financial loss or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tv3 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and source code — is the exclusive property of tv3 and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from tv3.
Account Suspension & Closure
Tv3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without notice if there is reasonable evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that undermines platform integrity. Any legitimate remaining balance in an account closed for valid reasons will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, subject to any necessary investigation.
Third-Party Links
The tv3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. tv3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Tv3 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without requiring individual user consent. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the tv3 platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
